Thank you for shopping with Safari Joy! We take great pride in creating handmade custom beanies and fedoras tailored to your preferences. As these are handmade products, and in some cases custom made, please review our non-refundable policy before making your purchase.


Custom Items: All items are final sale and non-refundable. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept returns, or exchanges due to the unique, personalized nature of these products.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund upon review of the issue.
